Refund / Return Policy
Thank you for choosing EURODOOR.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1) No Returns – No Refunds
All EURODOOR products are custom-made to order based on your approved measurements, specifications, and finishes.
Once your order is confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
2) Order Confirmation
Before we start production, we will confirm all details (design, measurements, finishes) with you. Your approval means you accept full responsibility for these specifications.
3) Exceptions for Manufacturing Defects
If, upon delivery or installation, a clear manufacturing defect is found, you must notify us within 48 hours in writing with photos and details.
In such cases, our sole obligation is to repair or replace the affected product — no monetary refunds will be issued.
4) Site & Usage Conditions
This policy does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, improper installation by third parties, or lack of maintenance.

Variations in color/texture within industry tolerances.

Changes requested after production has started.
